Apart from the traditional hot tea, patrons can enjoy Jasmine’s unlimited dim sum lunch with a large premium Sapporo beer. Well-loved by patrons for its famously crisp and refreshing taste, Sapporo beer will add zest to the meal and enhance the rich, enticing flavors of finely crafted dim sum, including Xiao Long Bao, Wagyu Beef and Mango Roll, Pork Spareribs and more. Seafood lovers are in for a gastronomic treat as Jasmine offers a special live seafood menu for dinner from 18 July to 31 August 2014. An expert on authentic Chinese cuisine, Chef Wong Kam On gives patrons his recommendations on the best preparations for crab and garoupa dishes. The live seafood menu highlights Chef Wong’s specialty dishes, including Wok-Fried Crab with Radish Cake and Pepper Sauce, Fresh Crab with Satay and Sotanghon in a Clay Pot, Steamed Live Garoupa and Crispy Soy Bean specialties and more for guests.
