Hungry in the middle of the night? Not a problem if you’re accessible to BGC, thanks to Mercato Midnight Market at The Fort. This time a good news for everyone west of Makati because Cucina Andare is now serving you every Fridays to Sundays. From the organizers of the night Mercato Central, they would like to welcome you to Cucina Andare – the first food truck market and food bazaar in the Philippines.
Cucina Andare, which means “Kitchen on the Go”, was officially launched last Friday, December 14 at the Glorietta Park (in front of Glorietta 3, Landmark, Makati Shangri-La Hotel & 6750 Ayala Ave.), Ayala Center, Makati City.
As of the soft opening, there are already 8 food trucks available and are expected to grow in number as they also launched the Food Truck Association of the Philippines during the opening as per RJ Ledesma, co-organizer of the food bazaar.
The concept of Cucina Andare is inspired by Din Din A Go Go in Los Angeles and Off the Grid Food Truck Markets in San Francisco as added by Anton Diaz, co-organizer, and the man behind the food blog Our Awesome Planet.
