long weekend

October Long Weekend Getaway

October 26 was declared a regular non-working holiday by Proclamation No. 488 in observance of the Eidul Adha, one of the two greatest feasts in Islam; thus, another long weekend for explorers like me.

Thanks to blogging, I won’t spend my long weekend just watching movies and tv-series on my laptop at home because I’m required to update my blog, thanks to all my readers! With regards to this, I created my so-called “weekend itinerary”.

Since October is the Museums and Galleries month in the Philippines, I want to be part of the activity by visiting the National Museum which is offering free, yes, free entrance fees for the whole month of October as part of the month long celebration. Visit their website at www.nationalmuseum.gov.ph.

For the next morning, Saturday, I and my workmates will have a 200-peso food trip challenge in Binondo with everyone agreed not to spend more than 200 pesos for the entire food trip. We need suggestions here. Please leave a comment below. Thanks!

And the last day of the long-weekend is for a movie and a sumptuous eating escapade maybe.

Check out my posts about my explorations! iWander. iExperience. iKwento
