Garage 88 Bar and Diner in Bonifacio Global City is well-known for their 12 Wheeler Burger, a 12-diameter burger having a kilogram of patty, chili con carne, tomato, lettuce, pickles, cheese and onion rings on top which can be shared with a group of friends. But if you’re big enough and can devour the burger and finish it in just 20 minutes, the burger is yours for FREE!
Garage is a place for burger lovers since the first part of their menu featured their 7 specialty burgers: the Garage Burger, Blue Cheese Burger, Bacon and Mushroom Cheese Burger, BBQ Bacon Cheese Burger, Garage Breakfast Burger, Twin Turbo Burger and Ultimate Mushroom Burger with prices from 188 to 240.
The wheeler burger was yummy but so heavy for a medium appetite like me, better get ready to be overwhelmed with the serving. You can taste the juiciness of the patty which is tender and has a spicy flavor complemented by the bun and the veggies. It goes the same with the Chicken Bandito.
Added on their menu are appetizers such as fries, nachos, tacos, calamari, and quesadilla among others. They’re also serving sandwiches and pastas, desserts, breakfast meals and steaks.
Aside from burgers, Garage also serves different kinds of drinks from rhums, beers, brandy, and vodka to cocktails, wines and scotch whether in a shot or in bottle.
The place is best for groups and workmates who want to hang out because there is also a DJ on the background keeping the place hip and groovy. They only have the BGC location but planning to open another branch somewhere in Greenhills as per the staff I’ve talked to. Their operation is from 6 PM to 4 AM in the morning from Mondays to Saturdays.
